NOTICE ON BOOKING CHARGE:

The Lovers require a booking fee to reserve all appointments. Your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment date and time if rescheduled manually with at least 48hrs notice prior to your booking. All booking charges are non-refundable. Thanks for understanding!


WARRANTY & REPAIR CARE:

We pride ourselves on our high quality, 14k solid gold, 14k gold fill and sterling silver styles that last. This means that 90-days from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or craftsmanship of the jewellery occurs.

 

This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product (application of chemicals, dyes, self-tanners, etc.), and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of The Lovers. Please contact hello@shopthelovers.com if you have any special needs for your jewellery and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
